Founded by Claire (the owner) in 1994, Alterations Plus has grown to become a leading alterations specialist across East Anglia with a professional team based at the Dixon Centre in Norwich.

We place our customers at the heart of everything we do and are proud to offer a wide selection of services from simple and quick alteration and repairs to more collaborative design and production services helping you bring your ideas to life.

We specialise in ladies and gentleman's attire, suit tailoring and occasion wear, leatherwork & motorcycle clothing as well as curtains, roman blinds and soft furnishings. We also have in house expertise for more unusual projects such as bespoke dressmaking, event props, protective bags for sporting equipment, historical and theatrical costume.

Champions of low waste, sustainable business and looking after our wider community we are continually looking for ways we can live and work a little kinder. Some of these measures include our home appointments and delivery for our less mobile and vulnerable customers, charitable donations , volunteering & #sewkind projects as well as sustainable packaging use and fabric waste recycling.
